Summary of the second excavation week Introducing: Becky

Field Post: Havana sherd from PM 1056

By jlking On July 18, 2012 · 5 Comments

This thick Havana body sherd was found at the bottom of a postmold (PM 1056). The postmold was detected at the base of the midden, and extends ~40 cm below it. Havana is a typical Middle Woodland (ca 50 cal BC – cal AD 400) pottery.
